- In the unlikely event we are delayed, we'll give you the courtesy of a phone call to notify you.
- If we are more than 30 miniutes late to your job, we'll waive our callout travel fee of $33.00.
- If you are not completely satisfied (or delighted) with the installation or repair work we provide you, tell us and we'll redo it on the spot at our expense.
- We will sweep and wipe up any mess and leave the work area in a clean state.
