Hi, I am an ex builder
Over the last 7 years I have been buying and selling and renovating houses. Everyone always tells you to get a pest and building inspection. No one ever says get a plumbing inspection. I've done all my own building inspections, checked the taps, the toilets, etc. I even run the hose down the down pipes. I would like to think I had some idea what was going on. But on one of my houses I did all of the above and guess what? It wasn't until we moved in and had heavy rain that all the drama started. If only I had got a plumbing inspection and got them to run the camera down the drain.
I called MJ United and they had the plumber around within the hour. He sent the camera down the storm water pipes and found that the pipes under the house had not been capped off and further down the line the pipes were full of tree root. He advised me on what needed to be done, the price was agreed and they started work the next day. They said they would be there at 7:00am and they arrived on time and cleaned up when they left.
Since then when I buy a house I get MJ United to do all my pre-purchase inspections. It can save you thousands of dollars.
MJ turned up on time, every time, they charge competitive rates and clean up before they leave. Thanks
MJ United its a plesure to do business with you.
